Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Position Summary The Commercial Education Manager for EndoMech & Energy is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact education programs that support commercial objectives and strengthen product, clinical, and selling capabilities across the organization. The role combines strong clinical/customer understanding with curriculum design, stakeholder collaboration, and execution of a continuous learning strategy for the Surgery business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial and professional education strategies supporting the Energy and EndoMech portfolios. Design training curricula, certification pathways, new hire programs, and ongoing learning continuums using blended learning formats. Build content and educational tools for sales teams and healthcare professionals, ensuring relevance, engagement, and practical application. Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Accounts, Legal, Compliance, and faculty to identify capability gaps and deliver aligned learning solutions. Manage faculty/KOL relationships and help plan educational events such as workshops, seminars, and training programs. Integrate innovative learning technologies and modern instructional methods into training delivery. Support field teams with knowledge, tools, and resources that improve commercial execution and customer engagement. Monitor program effectiveness, evaluate outcomes, and continuously refine content based on feedback and business priorities. Manage budgets and ensure adherence to internal processes, healthcare compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial education, sales training, professional education, curriculum design, or sales enablement within MedTech/healthcare. Strong understanding of surgical technologies, especially energy and endomechanical devices. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence multiple stakeholders. Experience in contracting, key account management, pricing/value programs, or customer-facing commercial models is valuable.
