Join us as a Maintenance Technician and help ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will help maintain production equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will help minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support business continuity across the plant. As a trusted maintenance professional, you will collaborate with multiple departments to address maintenance requests, support continuous improvement programs, maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation, and contribute to a safe working environment. Your work will directly affect equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will report to the Maintenance Manager. This is an onsite role based in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. Complete preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic components. Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams to diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Use maintenance tools and equipment such as multimeters and thermal imaging cameras to identify abnormal operating conditions and prevent breakdowns. Maintain spare parts inventories and support the receipt, organization, and control of maintenance materials, accessories, and consumables. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements. Participate in Kaizen activities, TPM programs, root cause analysis investigations, and corrective action implementation to support continuous improvement efforts. Provide maintenance support to multiple departments, including facility maintenance and forklift maintenance activities, ensuring response to work requests.

2+ year of experience in an Industrial Maintenance environment. 1+ years of experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic hydraulic systems. TPM knowledge. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
