What Your Impact Will Be: Lead and manage a regional Games design team across Asia, providing mentorship and direction Oversee development of packaging and creative assets from concept to production Ensure alignment with brand standards, timelines, and business objectives Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams Manage external vendors and production partners Provide clear and strong creative direction Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows, reducing revision cycles, and ensuring high-quality deliverables Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities Support product launches and key presentations Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 12+ years of experience in toys, games, or consumer products 5 years leadership experience Degree in Graphic Design or related field Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills Knowledge of packaging and print production Strong communication and presentation Additional Information Don’t meet every single requirement?
