Job Family : Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required : None Clearance Required : Active Secret What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking a Program Analyst to serve as a program-focused team member within a public diplomacy (PD) office at the Department of State. In this role, you will support and lead efforts to strengthen PD in a talent management-focused environment, including process management and improvement, knowledge management, meeting coordination, and data cleaning/visualization. We are seeking a self-starter who can quickly acclimate to the client’s environment, create strong relationships, learn new technology systems and tools, identify emerging needs, and support a specialized team that operates in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities may include: Process Management and Improvement: Review current organizational business processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization. Support and manage ad hoc tasks and support activities related to talent management workstreams. Data Support: Clean datasets of various sizes and information types. Work with the team to develop and share data visualizations across the client enterprise. Support response to quick-turn human resources and talent management taskers.
Team
Support and Coordination: Create and maintain knowledge management processes across a variety of platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, Asana). Support meeting preparation, coordination, and execution, including agenda preparation, scheduling meetings, and note-taking/action item management.
What You Will Need
ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Bachelor's degree At least THREE (3) years of relevant experience, preferably supporting government agencies Experience with business process improvement and standardization What Would Be Nice To Have: State Department experience (or other international agency) Experience supporting offices with human resources functions Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Prior consulting experience Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
