About this role

About Rivian Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract. Customer Interaction: Perform duties with high professionalism when interacting with customers, families, third-party affiliates, and suppliers at service facilities or outreach events. Continuous Improvement: Identify process areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback to mentorship leads, and participate in service campaigns or containment initiatives. Professional Growth: Actively engage in required training, stay current on evolving technical skills, and maintain high-quality work with minimal supervision as experience increases.

Qualifications

General & Operational Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency credential preferred. Minimum age of 21 years old.
