About this role
Amazon Global Selling is one of Amazon’s business units that helps businesses from anywhere in the world to launch a global business, reaching Amazon customers around the world and building international brands. Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and sizes can directly reach Amazon’s 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, including 150 million+ Prime customers in overseas Amazon marketplaces; and millions of institutional buyers. We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to help plan and execute marketing campaigns, content, community operations, and brand communications for the Service Provider Network and the broader seller ecosystem. You will support the full workflow, from community management to large-scale industry summits and day-to-day content production, acting as a key force multiplier for the marketing team. Key job responsibilities Manage and grow the SPN WeCom community — daily operations, member engagement, content distribution, announcements, and Q&A response; keep the service-provider audience active and informed. Support end-to-end planning and on-site execution of flagship events and other online campaigns Produce tight, high-impact copy with a clear novelty hook and concrete numbers; adapt one core message across channels and audiences. Conduct data analysis across community, campaign, and event performance — track sign-ins, engagement, and reach against targets, and package results into clear internal readouts and post-event recaps. Support the development of insight reports (e.g., AI service-provider research) from raw data to a clean, presentation-ready narrative. Leverage AI tools to optimize work efficiency — use AI for content drafting, translation, data summarization, design, and workflow automation, and help the team adopt better AI-driven practices. Coordinate marketing timelines, vendor/agency work (including RFP and Q&A support), and keep content libraries, templates, and shared files organized and version-controlled.
