What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of financial analysts by providing support, mentorship and training Management of earned value, analysis of program performance ensuring compliance with internal EVM policy and 10255 Quarterly development of Estimate at Completion (EACs) Interfacing with Program Management Office and the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Support the development of product group level inputs and updates to Monthly Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) objectives Meet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting priorities Use strong analytical abilities to understand data quickly in order to make informed business decisions Prepare finance charts for Program Business Reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required Participation in key leadership strategy reviews Support proposal development, submittal, negotiations and program start up activities Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial system Experience with MS Office tools U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Qualifications We Prefer Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area. Knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
