This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to grow in Analytics Engineering while developing strong foundations in AI-enabled data work. This is not a pure AI Engineer role, but we are looking for someone who is already AI-savvy and has practical experience using AI tools to improve their work. We expect the candidate to understand both the value and the limitations of AI-generated outputs. You will work closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Business stakeholders and other Data teams to understand problems, build trusted data assets and support the responsible use of AI in data work. THE JOURNEY Build High-Impact Data Models: Design reliable datasets and data models that power critical business decisions across global teams. Master Modern Analytics & SQL: Write clean, production-grade SQL transformations using industry best practices for version control, testing, and data quality. Pioneer AI-Driven Engineering: Put your AI literacy to work on real-world Analytics Engineering initiatives, leveraging prompt design, context grounding, and responsible AI practices. Solve Real Business Problems: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to automate manual workflows, remove friction, and build smarter data products. Fast-Track Your Growth: Work side-by-side with senior engineers in a supportive environment designed to help you rapidly evolve into an autonomous Analytics Engineer.

Core Technical Toolkit: Solid SQL fundamentals (joins, aggregations, debugging), working knowledge of Python, and basic Git practices. Data Modeling & Modern Stack: Familiarity with core modeling concepts (facts, dimensions, granularity) and an eagerness to work with tools like BigQuery, dbt, and Looker. AI-First Mindset: Above-average literacy using GenAI for coding, analysis, or workflow automation; paired with a strong commitment to validation and responsible usage. Collaborator & Communicator: High attention to detail, clear communication skills across technical and non-technical teams, and fluent English. Glovo Culture Fit: A hands-on, proactive attitude with high energy, adaptability, and great team-player vibes.
