The Opportunity
With ongoing project growth and a deep pipeline of technical talent needs, we’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Melbourne or Canberra. You’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across a range of technology-based, security-cleared specialist roles. In this role, you will: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for client facing positions, delivering a seamless and professional service. Partner closely with hiring managers to anticipate and understand workforce needs and provide strategic, and data-driven recruitment advice and solutions. Proactively source, engaged, shortlist, and pipeline both active and passive talent to build sustainable communities, building pipelines of both active and passive talent. Drive interview and selection processes, ensuring timely feedback, smooth decision-making and compliance with policies and standards. Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement projects by enhancing recruitment, onboarding and reporting practices.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings judgement, curiosity and a collaborative approach to work that matters. Essential for this role: A proactive and passionate professional who has proven capability and thrives on building positive relationships and delivering impactful outcomes. Well-practiced, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to implement effective talent acquisition solutions in a complex environment. Proven experience in volume recruitment sourcing within technology-based roles such as Systems/Infrastructure, Software/Development/Arch, ideally in supporting defence, or other cleared environments.
