Manager, Research – Northern Virginia The Research Manager will lead the Northern Virginia office research platform and establish themselves as a thought leader by telling a clear and compelling story about the local market, helping build and maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace through market expertise and providing analysis and strategic insight. This role involves engaging with market leaders, ensuring collaboration and support for client initiatives and business objectives, in addition to working with the Research Analyst for Northern Virginia. The Research Manager will support the Northern Virginia office market by using data from JLL and other sources to analyze market conditions and effectively tell a clear and compelling story about the local market that will enable JLL and its clients to be more effective, competitive and successful in the real estate marketplace. The role will manage and analyze the Northern Virginia commercial real estate markets with a focus on trend analysis, market presentation, strategic business development support and research content creation. You will work closely with internal Mid-Atlantic research colleagues, brokerage professionals and clients in the local market, as well as with research colleagues throughout the nation within JLL’s Americas Research group.
