Job Summary** Responsible for supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of Jabil's facilities and infrastructure, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant operational environment. Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the planning, design, and execution of facility maintenance projects, including preventative maintenance schedules and corrective actions. * Conduct routine inspections of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, etc.) to identify and address potential issues. * Support the troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment and systems, often under the guidance of more experienced engineers. * Assist in managing facility-related documentation, including blueprints, equipment manuals, and maintenance records. * Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., EH&S, production) to ensure facility operations meet their needs and comply with safety regulations. * Participate in the coordination of external vendors and contractors for facility services and repairs. * Contribute to efforts to optimize energy consumption and implement sustainable facility practices. * Respond to facility emergencies and provide immediate support as required. * Learn and apply Jabil's quality and safety standards in all facility-related activities. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience. * 0-2 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
