This is a significant role that ensures our field services are stocked with the right tools, robust systems, and are effectively manned. Training, resource allocation, and performance assessment will be at the core of your daily tasks. What you will do: - Ensure operational readiness for process activities within the Field Services organization. - Monitor and provide quality assessment of third-party performance, cost, and safety. - Oversee alterations in the delivery mix of Field Service Operations (FSO) and Approved Supplier Process (ASP) services. - Report on the operational performance and adopt measures to enhance the service. - Manage transitions and transformations during organizational changes. - Provide quotations for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities.
