Presbyterian Children’s Care encompasses both inpatient and outpatient services for specialty pediatric care, including a 21 bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit; a 56 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; and a 18 bed Pediatric Unit.  We have pediatric intensivist, neonatologist and pediatric hospitalist service in house 24/7.  Our pediatric subspecialties include cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, chronic care, endocrinology, ENT (recruiting), gastroenterology, hematology and oncology, nephrology, neurology, pulmonology, and surgery.

This care will be delivered by interdisciplinary team members to assure high quality patient care and outcomes. * Manages the physician/patient relationship, working to assure patient and family satisfaction with care. * Participates in system wide health management initiatives. * Provides input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues. * Assists in the development and implementation of pediatric clinical and service standards. * Receives and resolves patient complaints. * Participates in the recruitment and replacement of other providers. * Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops. * Consults with and advises other providers regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of pediatric
