The Summer Internship offers a fantastic opportunity to acquire hands-on experience and make meaningful contributions to our business through a dynamic 10-week program. Interns will have the chance to gain valuable insights by working in both our Consulting and Captive Management teams. High performing interns will be considered for 202 8 full-time offers. This is a fully onsite opportunity .   A TYPICAL DAY COULD INCLUDE: Participate in initial discussions with clients on the utilization of captives Contribute to aspects of captive insurance operations including learning how to prepare financial statements and daily accounting and treasury function Project work examples include research/financial analysis, presentations, preparation of project deliverables, and data management Insurance policy work Assist with development of board meeting materials Assist with regulatory filings WHAT WE VALUE Ability to work in teams Strong data management and excel skills and presentation skills  Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good client and internal relationships Intellectual curiosity Excellent verbal/writing skills for complex communications with clients Basic familiarity with navigating financial statements Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS College juniors (at time of application) Preferred majors: Risk Management, Finance, Economics Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 Permanent work authorization in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
