The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving program governance, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and delivering measurable outcomes. Acting as the central point of coordination, this role is responsible for ensuring that projects within each program are executed cohesively and effectively, while promoting collaboration and accountability across all levels of the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? Lead the end-to-end management of programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out. Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with business stakeholders. Oversee interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budget requirements. Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams and executive sponsors. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans proactively to maintain progress and alignment. Track program performance using established KPIs, providing regular status updates and insights to leadership. Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvement in program delivery methodologies. Champion cross-functional collaboration to drive accountability and successful program outcomes WHAT WILL YOU BRING? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. Additional training or certification in Agile, Lean, or Program Management is an asset. 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial products. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all organizational levels. Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making. Highly organized and adaptable, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-impact results. Experience in a matrixed environment and in managing change across functions is preferred.
