About this role
We help the world run better At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed. Partner Ecosystem Management | Partner Management Hub (PMH) About the Role The Partner Management Hub (PMH) is a global organization that manages SAP partners remotely with a digital-first engagement model to drive ecosystem performance at scale. As a Senior Specialist Seller Partner Manager, you will act as the strategic thought leader and orchestrator of one or a few permanently assigned Seller partners across the entire partner lifecycle—one face, one proxy—with the goal of growing the partner’s SAP business and investment into their SAP practice across the SAP solution portfolio. You own the end-to-end business relationship and are accountable for revenue generation, partner growth, and alignment with SAP’s strategic objectives across the indirect Customer Value Journey: Sales, Post Sales, Transformation, and Innovation. Core tasks may include:
Account Strategy: Develop and execute multi-year partner business development plans aligned to SAP’s go-to-market strategy. Define ambitious yet achievable targets and ensure partners deliver on planned commitments across the SAP solution portfolio. Demand Generation: Drive indirect business by coordinating joint marketing and business development efforts. Monitor and guide partners’ demand generation plans, pipeline creation tactics, and alignment with SAP’s current messaging and innovation portfolio. Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of accountability for the partner relationship end-to-end. Coordinate all SAP interactions—executives, field teams, solutions teams, and peers—to ensure an exceptional, consistent partner experience. Relationship Building: Develop active, long-term relationships across all levels of the partner organization (executives, sales, marketing, technical). Understand the partner’s business model, economics, and key drivers that influence their decisions and investments. Sales Pipeline: Own sales performance and pipeline development. Coach partners on the sales landscape, orchestrate enablement toward self-sufficiency, and support partners in expanding their SAP footprint into innovation solutions.
Additionally, you will
Evangelize SAP opportunities in financial terms—revenue potential, required investment, break-even, and ROI—to drive partner adoption and practice growth. Identify competency gaps in managed partners and proactively develop cloud-ready capabilities across presales, sales, and post-sales functions. Leverage the ecosystem to provide thought leadership, showcase SAP’s competitive advantage, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value. Manage and balance the use of SAP assets (Pre-Sales, Training, Services) to accelerate partner readiness and autonomy.
