Work Pattern Rotational site-based role: 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Fridays are always off. Site Benefits Site allowance provided while based at site. Accommodation provided while based at site. Overtime opportunities available in accordance with company policy. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and site management at Waad Al Shamal Site . Partner with site leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR matters. Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and people-related initiatives. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment requirements. Coordinate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Mobilization and other HR functions as required. Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting and people data analysis. Support onboarding, employee movements, transfers, and other site-based HR activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labor requirements, and site procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. HR experience, preferably in engineering, construction, energy, or oil and gas. Previous site-based HR experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR processes. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to work on a rotational basis at Waad Al Shamal Site.
