Electrical Engineering Development Program (EE EDP 2027)

The Electrical Engineering (EE) – Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a three-year rotational assignment program designed to provide a range of development opportunities, focused on electrical engineering and adjacent functions in the connected tools space. The goal of the program is to help recent university graduates build critical skills as they gain a well-rounded experience within our organization. These structured experiences will expose participants to several disciplines and provide various opportunities to collaborate with other employees and management. EDP participants will receive mentoring, gain cross-functional experience, and complete formal training.
