Senior Technical Lead / Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Technical Lead or Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development 11/17/21, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and various Java build tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Good experience with distributed system/microservices using Java. Able to handle manage team and contribute individually (hands-on). He should be able to participate in Scrum actively. Ability to use AI tools (Claude/Cursor). And AWS is mandatory. Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Core and Spring Boot. Knowledge in React. Utilize Java build tools such as Maven for efficient project management. Implement unit testing and mocking frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability. Design and manage SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs. Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaborate on code repositories. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate deployment processes. Manage Bitbucket repositories and work with shell scripting. Develop and maintain frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js (added advantage). Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend services. Work with RabbitMQ for messaging and asynchronous processing. AWS experience is an added advantage.

Proficiency in Spring Core, Spring Boot, Maven, unit testing, SQL, Git, REST APIs, Bitbucket, Jenkins, shell scripting, and RabbitMQ.
