The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role supports production reliability through mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The Maintenance Technician may also assist with work coordination, training, and leadership activities in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and install industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, drawings, specifications, and test instruments. Perform repairs on industrial machinery, including CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and electronically controlled systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to and including 480V , PLC-controlled equipment, circuit boards, wiring, and cabling Set up and utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters, digital clamp meters, phase rotation detectors, and electronic test equipment. Install, service, and calibrate electronic and mechanical test equipment as required. Perform facility maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and technical documentation using CMMS software (Fiix). Assign, prioritize, and complete work orders; assist with sourcing parts, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Assist in planning and executing maintenance, engineering, and electrical/electronic projects. Support and train other maintenance team members by sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
