You will ensure that project scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets are consistently met while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving continuous improvement across processes and deliverables. As a Project Site Lead, you will be responsible for : Project Execution & Delivery Leading all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of service project s while maintaining safety as top priority . Managing project scope, timelines, cost, contract compliance, and quality to meet customer and commercial expectations. Implementing project methodologies, standards, scheduling practices, and cost ‑ control measures. Tracking project ‑ specific activities, accurately managing milestones with corresponding forecast ownership , and schedules to ensure on ‑ time delivery. Customer & Stakeholder Management Working closely with internal stakeholders to define project needs and communicate progress. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Presenting project outcomes, technical insights, and improvement recommendations both externally to customers and internally to leadership teams. Technical & Resource Coordination Developing installation design packages including wiring diagrams and mechanical modification documentation. Reviewing, redlining, and validating electrical and mechanical design packages. Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to meet customer requirements and timelines. Supervising electrical and mechanical subcontractors at project sites. Operational Excellence Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to processes and safety standards. Implementing updated procedures and guidelines within the department. Identifying opportunities for process , product, and service improvements. To be successful in this role, you will:
Required Qualifications
Have bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (OR an associate degree in electronics/technology or similar with 5 + years of relevant service experience) Have an ability to travel up to 70% as well as work weekends and holidays when required Desired Characteristics Have strong communication , interpersonal, and leadership skills Have ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross ‑ functional teams Have proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Have strong analytical, organizational, and problem ‑ solving abilities Have minimum 3 years of experience in Services
