As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between business and technology teams, translating complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and value-driven solutions that support enterprise operations and strategic initiatives. You will lead requirements analysis, process optimization, solution delivery, testing, and stakeholder engagement efforts while driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization. What You Will Do : Partner with business stakeholders, solution owners, IT teams, vendors, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value. Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and business process assessments. Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities. Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technology teams, vendors, and operational support groups. Collaborate with architects, developers, and third-party partners to design and implement effective technology solutions. Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations based on business value, risk, cost, operational impact, and long-term sustainability. Support project delivery activities including planning, solution design reviews, testing, cutover planning, implementation, and post-deployment stabilization. Coordinate business readiness activities and support adoption of new processes and technology capabilities. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives across enterprise applications. Develop and execute testing strategies, test scenarios, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans. Coordinate testing activities and validate solutions against documented business requirements and acceptance criteria. Track, prioritize, and support resolution of defects throughout the testing and implementation lifecycle. Support production validation activities following system implementations and enhancements. Investigate production issues, support incident resolution, and participate in root cause analysis activities. Identify recurring operational issues and recommend sustainable corrective actions and process improvements. Partner with support teams to improve system reliability, reduce operational risk, and increase user adoption. Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, audit, and governance requirements. Support SOX and IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance activities through documentation, validation, testing support, and audit readiness efforts. Contribute to strategic initiatives, digital transformation programs, portfolio planning, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
