The Opportunity
The Senior Director, AI Data, Analytics & Measurement is responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery of enterprise data and measurement capabilities supporting the Omni Platform Group with a heavy focus on our AI products, in addition to the rest of the platform. This leader will design and evolve a modern analytics ecosystem that enables trusted decision-making across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Operations, and Executive Leadership while preparing the organization for AI-enabled analytics and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Support and provide strategic input to the the enterprise data, analytics, and measurement strategy. Execute AI agentic analytics tools ac ross Snowflake/Databricks, and modern cloud technologies. Manage enterprise KPI frameworks , metric definitions, semantic models, and executive reporting. Collaborate on execution tech stack migration, data pipeline management, event collection, transformation, and governance processes. Lead AI analytics strategy as well as instrumentation, experimentation, and product measuremen t Drive AI-enabled analytics , including predictive insights, natural language reporting, and agentic analytics capabilities on the AI platform. Partner with cross functional teams across Product, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Privacy, Legal, and business stakeholders. Technical Environment Data Storage - Databricks, Snowflake Analytics - Txt2SQL, SQL Data Collection - Google Analytics, Heap, Snowplow, RudderStack Reporting System – Databricks/Snowflake Streamlit apps, AI based Interactive & Static Dashboards and Analytics Agents Support Data - Jira Service Management, Rovo , Confluence Support Data Quantitative Surveys – Microsoft Forms & Txt2SQL analytics Qualification and Leadership Qualities 11+ years leading enterprise analytics , data, or business intelligence organizations Aptitude with cloud data platforms and modern data architectures Experience presenting complex analytical concepts to executive leadership Strong client and internal servicing skills including s trong communication , stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills Creative stra t egic thinker capable of aligning technology with business outcomes Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and AI adoption 

 $200,000 - $225,000 USD Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
