As a Business Analyst, you will drive the TMS implementations, rollouts and maintenance for our business team and business processes in Global Supply Management. You define, configure, and test key systems/processes in the TMS landscape applications across the globe. Key applications include SAP, BlueYonder TMS, ShipERP, and FourKites. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Collaborate with business operations, stakeholders, TMS users, and IT managers to define requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. Configure, test, and support TMS applications such as SAP, BlueYonder, ShipERP, and FourKites. Analyze transportation data to identify root causes, improve processes, and recommend system or process changes. Manage projects by defining milestones, tracking progress, and resolving issues that could affect system performance. Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across transportation management systems and operations Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems, preferably focused on Supply Chain or Logistics Minimum of 3 years’ experience with TMS systems (e.g., SAP, BlueYonder) and relevant business process configuration Strong skills in data analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving Experience working with transportation operations, 3PLs, and system integrations Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
