Deputy Manager - Controllership

We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Deputy Manager- Finance Controller to join our team in Hanoi. Responsibilities: - Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and support month-end/year-end closing. - Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. - Prepare tax filings, VAT reconciliations, and support tax compliance requirements. - Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. - Maintain accounting records, improve processes, and support internal controls. - Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management. Skills and experience that will lead to success. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. - 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or audit. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting, tax regulations, and financial reporting. - Experience in account reconciliations, month-end closing. - Familiarity with VAT filings, corporate tax compliance, and statutory reporting. . - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. - Good command of English, both written and spoken.
