You’ll partner closely with Growth leadership and cross-functional Pod teams to drive focused execution, inform key decisions, and build the financial, strategic, and analytical foundation required to deliver high-quality innovation outcomes!   We are seeking a  Senior Manager, Growth Strategic Finance in Richmond, VA to join our FEI Commercial team, but are open to a remote work arrangement.  This position will play a substantial role supporting the Growth Leader and Growth Commercial Leader. This role focuses on building a robust innovation portfolio developed to support sustained growth objectives. Guide Pod teams through key decisions, develop cases, define success criteria, and assess risks. What you will be doing:

Supporting innovation strategy development: Contributing to company planning, including financial goals aligned to long-term growth plans. Leading portfolio performance tracking: Maintaining and presenting dashboards that provide access to project health, portfolio strength, and organizational priorities for leadership. Developing cases and benchmarks: Building and updating project arguments and success benchmarks to ensure concepts are financially viable and competitive. Collaborating on financial modeling and assumptions: Partnering across Pod teams and go-to-market functions to ensure cases reflect key inputs, risks, and
