Position Specific Description The ideal candidate is highly capable, well organized, process‑oriented, and driven by personal growth, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Under limited guidance, this role supports and directs technicians, engineers, and contractors during wind turbine major component activity, ensuring safe, high‑quality, cost‑efficient, and timely execution. Responsibilities include cost and schedule estimating, administration of procurement contracts and documentation, coordination of planning activities to ensure work continuity and efficiency, and collaboration with engineering, analytics, and fleet execution to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement. The position is based out of Horse Hollow Wind in Wingate Texas, and will be focused in the South Wind Hub, Texas Region, and requires up to 75% travel with potential night‑shift turbine coverage.
