Develop PQA in production line and maintain process PQA sustainability monthly. Drive quality improvement for zero defect target; Work with R&D to control new product quality; Dispose customer feedback and complaint; Develop effective inspection plan of raw material, process control and final inspection; Update and improve quality process control plan and resolve process quality problems effectively; Maintain quality management system and improvement, Identify opportunities for in-house quality control improvement through internal production audit in weekly audit; Lead new Hazardous material safety management. Support Engineer to do the process safety analysis. ROHS and REACH material management and certification. Work to comply company objectives and goals on Safety and EHS requirement. Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements) Ensure ISO, EHSS compliance and government policies/regulations compliance. Support plant ISO9001 and 14001system Responsible for DCC management Ensure plant meet DARM requirement Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Bachelor and /or above Major in Mechanical or Material engineering is preferred Required Skills
