Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) in support of a mix of production and sustainment programs for key Naval Programs. This role will be located in Tucson, Arizona. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain needs for these programs that support a broad customer base. In this role you will help shape the strategy for the support network of critical missile programs acting as the critical link between Supply Chain and other cross functional counterpart functions. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing comprehensive Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure seamless execution throughout all phases of the program lifecycle. You will provide informed Supply Chain Management (SCM) recommendations to Program Leadership, addressing areas such as risk mitigation, procurement methods, material strategies, and supplier management as well as contributing to material forecasts and EAC’s. To be successful, the candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management, including supplier management.

Overall supply chain ownership of development suppliers Develop and execute strategies to perform and meet the Program’s needs Lead robust and challenging schedule conflicts to meet the Program objectives Provide accurate forecasting and realization of sales and additional financial metrics Commit to obtaining MPM certification after experience in the role Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience Experience with supply chain and forecasting Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with Project, Program, Product, Finance and/or Supplier Management A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Power point) Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work in an IPT environment.
