Reimagine What’s Possible  RESPONSIBILITIES 1.    Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation. 2.    Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.  3.    Responsible for all Electrical equipment regular maintenance and repairing such as all HV&MV&LV transformer, electrical power supply system, MCC, motor driver and lighting etc.  4.    Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations. 5.    To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all maintenance equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable. 6.    Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible. 7.    Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment. 8.    Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability. 9.    Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist.  10.    Reporting-Time entry weekly, and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports.

REQUIREMENTS 1.    Educational: Diploma or ITE (2 year or 3 year ) technical college holder in engineering discipline  2.    Working Experience: Start minimum at > 5 years and progress thereafter. 3.    Hands-on work experience is a must. 4.    Position will have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts. 5.    Knowledge of vendor contracts and knowledge of shop support in the region is desirable. 6.    Attitude and passion for the work group assigned. 7.    Working Experience required: 1）    The minimum working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical or textile/fiber industry manufacturing  for the electrical engineer/technician’s position are  8 years hand on troubleshooting experience in the field  at some areas of HV, MV, LV electrical system with basic skills of operation at MV, LV MCC,LV switchgear  and generator etc and in performing electrical equipments PM tasks, familiar with electrical drawing and schematic presentations; 2）    Favorable hand on experience at least one of below electrical equipments:      Transformers: ABB, Siemens; Cooper Power system; Sunte and  Hengyang made in China;      Switchgear systems: ABB, Siemens; GE; Moeller; Eaton; Boer; SY, Guangling made in China;     Motors: ABB, Siemens; GE; TECO, Elin; Nanyang made in China;     I/C：Siemens;Teledyne analyzer；YOKOGAWA；ROSEMOUNT；SAMSON;FISHER etc     Other UPS and VFD control etc; 8.    Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable in English language. 9.    Be honest and able to work independently as well as in a team player.   Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
