The opportunity We are looking for Consultants to Senior Managers to anchor the build-out of our Finance Competency in Egypt, at the start of an exciting growth curve in the MENA region. This is a market-facing leadership role: leading executive-level conversations in the Egyptian market, driving alignment on the finance-related components of the Egypt opportunity pipeline, and positioning Egypt as a near-shore delivery hub for the wider region. During this team-building phase the role is sector-agnostic, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked in Government, Public Sector, Financial Services, Energy or Utilities. As a member of the Business Consulting team, you’ll help the world’s leading organizations and government entities improve their performance in a rapidly changing environment with adequate enablement of finance transformation and technologies. You’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. You will also take the lead in developing and growing our business and client network, building relationships with our clients’ key stakeholders and contributing to the overall revenue generation efforts of the consulting-wide organization. Skills and attributes for success You should have consulting experience in Finance Transformation across sectors, and the ability to lead an emerging team: • Lead and support executive-level conversations in the Egyptian market, and drive alignment on the finance-related components of the Egypt opportunity pipeline. • Lead projects and team members to drive clients’ finance transformation agenda. • Understand market trends, clients’ needs and the ability to translate them into transformative solutions. • Drive the finance transformation agenda while enhancing how finance works cross-functionally as part of an extended ecosystem to enable new business models and value creation. • Improve data and analytics capabilities to transform forecasting, risk management and understanding of value drivers. • Take strategic decisions on what will be sourced, recruited, retained and/or developed / upskilled to transform finance talent into a sustainable workforce. • Drive the finance function operating model and skill set utilizing a best-in-class model of internal and partner resources / assets. • Optimize finance function costs through new technologies and automation and optimize usage of Global Business Services (GBS) infrastructure, outsourcing and SSCs. • Process optimization across Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Order-To-Cash (OTC) and Record-To-Report (RTR). • Leverage Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to budget for and plan using appropriate technology. • Deep knowledge of Digital Finance latest trends and solutions, and the ability to advise C-suite on AI, automation and digital enablement of finance. • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality deliverables for key engagements / clients within various sectors; Government / Energy / Utilities sectors. To qualify for the role, you must have: • 2–12 years of relevant working experience. • Experience as a consultant working across sectors (sector-agnostic), ideally including government sector clients. • MENA-based experience (preferred). • Strong people management and leadership skills. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Ability to generate business deals and make business proposals. • Develop and maintain relationships at C-suite level.
