What you will be doing

Innovate and Optimize:  Be at the forefront of defining, developing and optimizing Thermofluid systems. You’ll tackle real-life engineering challenges across the full product lifecycle, using advanced modelling and simulation tools to deliver safe, reliable & high-performance solutions. Collaborate Globally:  Work side-by-side with passionate engineers worldwide, exchanging expertise and applying your ideas for novel thermofluid architectures. Support the design of engine components and contribute to new technologies and greener, more efficient engines for the future. See Your Work Take Flight:  From digital modeling to hands-on experimental tests, you’ll see your concepts become reality—fueling advances in Thermal, Air, Oil, and Fuel systems for complex aerospace applications. Drive Sustainable Progress:  Participate in technical projects that directly impact aviation sustainability, reliability, and safety. Coordinate research activities and assist in securing new projects aligned with the company’s R&T strategy, thereby shaping new standards in system performance and efficiency, supporting global initiatives for cleaner skies. End-to-End Ownership:  Take ownership throughout the process—specifying requirements, leading verification and validation, approving models and related hardware, and ensuring technical excellence from initial concept through certification compliance creation to in-service support. Present Thermofluid accountabilities to project stakeholders and the global audit team during scheduled reviews Professional Growth:  Expand your skills through unique learning opportunities, mentorship, involvement in root-cause investigations, new technology integration, and exposure to global projects. At every stage, we’ll support your curiosity and potential through professional career frameworks. Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or comparable qualifications. Proactive, persistent and customer focused with a high level of self-motivation and initiative, and able to stand alone. Expertise and know-how in the field of fluid dynamics and heat transfer as well as state-of-the-art engineering tools such as CFD or 1d network models. Experience in gas turbine secondary air system, oil system, fuel system or thermal modeling is preferred. Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in an impactful manner. Ability to solve complex technical problems within multidisciplinary teams.
