Responsibilities Execute strategic projects to develop and optimize category strategies for category teams, driving long-term gross merchandise value growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement. Create and maintain project roadmaps for the teams by working with respective technical and business stakeholders. Prepare and coordinate project schedules, timelines, define milestones, and own the collaboration processes and tools. Track and report progress to internal stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers. Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities. Work with product and technical teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness.
