Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to support the Air Dominance Portfolio located in Tucson, AZ. This Material Program Manager (MPM) role is responsible for managing supply chain tasks in support of production, depot and sustainment contracts. As an MPM, you will be the liaison between the program and the supply base, working to ensure material requirements are met for a franchise production program. The MPM will support activities related to program success which includes cost, schedule and quality. The MPM will manage supplier performance to ensure program needs are being met.
What You Will Do
Manage material forecasting and identify risks and related opportunities Manage material budgets and support EACs for the programs Execute make/buy/where process Assist with generation of Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation request Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues Domestic travel required Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain role such as procurement, supplier management, contracts, supplier performance analyst and/or program management.
