Job Summary
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week plus evenings/weekends as required Contract type: Permanent Role Description The role will work with the VP and SVP of Ticketing on the overall support provided by the Ticketing team to the Live Nation Promoter Division. This includes ensuring that all events are ticketed as efficiently as possible, in terms of effective inventory management; optimising ticket sales through all sales channels; regular and accurate reporting and reconciliation; and event day box offices services. In addition, the Director will manage ticketing for a range of Live Nation’s events, as well leading a team of Event Ticketing Managers. Who you are
You may have experience in the following roles: Senior Event Ticketing Manager, Senior Client Account Manager, Client Services Manager Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Previous management experience within a ticketing team preferably for a promoter Proven experience of live event ticketing gained in a promoter environment up to and including stadium and festival level Adept in using ticketing systems, specifically reporting functions Proven commercial acumen within the promoter ticketing environment Demonstrates leaderships qualities and proven relationship management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using Excel at intermediate or above level Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to Executive board-level Behaviours The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success Proactive and demonstrates initiative, drive and commitment to achieve objectives A continuous-improvement mindset that treats operational processes as ever-evolving rather than static Uses interpersonal skills to establish excellent rapport and working relationships Self-motivated and takes ownership for personal and technical skills development Well organised, deadline-focused and adept at prioritising workloads Combines analytical thought with creativity to excel at problem-solving Maintains good commercial awareness and understands business drivers What the role includes Liaise with promoters, venues, ticket agents and other stakeholders to advise on and manage the ticketing for Live Nation concerts including Arena, Stadium and Festivals when applicable.
