NOTES · JLL FTE · 40 hrs/wk POSITION DESCRIPTION Support JLL’s Storage + Organization (S+O) team in the development, implementation, of a global product storage strategy to ensure that S+O is delivering on its contractual obligations. Manage and/or oversee 25,000+ square feet of storage space focusing on movement and organizational product flow. Bridge between key stakeholders both inside and outside of S+O. Assist in driving the ongoing evolution and expansion of the S+O program. This role is 80%-100% onsite (four+ days per week), with the option to work remotely up to one day per week (Friday), depending on workload, team needs, and client expectations. The role can be very physically active and may require working on one's feet for a minimum of four hours at a time as well as repeatedly lifting items of up to 50lbs on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES Exhibit a complete alignment with the mission, vision, and values of S+O, setting an example and enforcing core values, connection agreements, goals, and professional standards. undefined Ensure adherence to S+O safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. • Know Your Customer – understand the rhythm of the business. • Establish a trusted advisor/partner relationship with clients and key partner counterparts as a subject-matter expert for storage and organization. • Initiate client outreach to promote S+O support services. • Conduct consultations with the business unit to strategically align client initiatives with S+O best practices and lean principles. • Perform capacity/utilization studies as required to optimize storage and organization strategies. • Report on activities and deliver presentations on team performance to all levels of leadership within S+O and the client business. Manage and ensure Organizational Project Coordinators (OPC) and Organizational Project Associates (OPA) have the guidance and support they need to execute organizational strategies and assist client teams. • Spearhead key storage challenges and opportunities by developing a comprehensive storage strategy based on each client’s unique needs. • S+O session agility by managing schedules, leading sessions, overseeing multiple sessions (6+ sessions per week), and/or providing hands-on assistance and support to the S+O team when needed. • Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs. • Identify and promptly escalate opportunities and challenges to S+O’s Senior OPMs, Leadership team and operations. • Provide quality control for documentation and key metrics to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
