Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify and prioritize logistics and supply chain challenges across demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP functions.

Independently design and deliver tailored supply chain solutions, including process redesign, analytics, and digital interventions, with a focus on logistics optimization.

Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as coordinated business planning, CPFR, deployment planning, and allocation planning.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs, cultural nuances, and deliver high-impact, context-sensitive solutions.

Lead or support implementation of strategic logistics projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and Genpact’s delivery capabilities.

Contribute to proposal development, including Genpact’s point of view, solution design, and pricing for logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through control plan execution and participation in Lean Six Sigma projects.

Provide insights on supply chain trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to inform solution development and client engagements.

Partner with analytics teams to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions that drive improvements in logistics KPIs such as working capital, freight cost, and service levels.

Engage in client-facing activities to support business development, including RFx responses, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions with CxO-level stakeholders.

Contribute to the growth of SCM analytics and transformation by identifying new opportunities, supporting capability development, and mentoring junior team members.
