Security Operations Analyst (SOC analyst)

This role is a hands-on Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst position within JPMorganChase’s global Cybersecurity Operations, supporting a 24/7 “follow-the-sun” defense model with the London SOC anchoring EMEA coverage. You will triage and prioritize SIEM/EDR alerts, investigate cases end-to-end through containment and resolution, and proactively hunt for threats across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity telemetry. You will also strengthen detection coverage by developing and tuning detection content, and by leveraging AI-assisted triage and automation to improve investigative speed and accuracy—while producing clear documentation and partnering closely with global SOC and incident response teams, including participation in a rotating weekend shift approximately once every five weeks.
