This role sits within a support model that helps brokers and internal stakeholders deliver high-quality work efficiently, consistently, and at scale. Description of the Role The Consultant supports brokers and internal stakeholders by helping drive efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated execution across the broking lifecycle. This role plays an important part in maintaining data quality, supporting documentation standards, and enabling work to move forward across multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Support activity across new business, placement preparation, documentation, and account servicing Prepare and maintain client, market, and internal materials to support broking activity Organize information and maintain accurate records across systems and business documents Review correspondence and supporting documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and follow-up actions Support due diligence, compliance-related activity, and documentation management requirements Track workflow milestones, business records, and deadlines to support timely execution Help complete file finalization and handoff activities in line with process standards Maintain quality control across data, documents, and process steps, escalating issues where appropriate Support internal reviews, audits, and other business control activities as needed Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams and regions to improve consistency and delivery quality Experience & Profile Experience in insurance operations, broking support, client servicing, business analysis, or a similar role preferred Strong knowledge of Treaty and FAC process Strong PowerPoint skills, including experience building, formatting, updating, and quality checking presentation materials Good working knowledge of insurance or reinsurance concepts, terminology, and documentation Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality and process execution Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong written English and professional communication skills Confidence working independently and collaborating across teams and regions How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
