We're built to disrupt and ready to lead. Job Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Representative:   $20.00/hr starting pay with the opportunity to increase pay to $22.00/hr within 60 days. No experience required. We provide full-time paid training!    What You’ll Do:    Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans  Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base   What’s in it for You:    Career Growth: Opportunity to promote two levels within your first year!
