The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Senior Analyst, Domestic First Mile Transportation As a Senior Analyst on the Domestic First Mile Transportation team, you will play a critical role in optimizing how product moves from our vendors into Target's supply chain. You will leverage data and operational insights to improve transportation performance, identify opportunities for network optimization, and influence strategic decisions that strengthen our inbound transportation network. This role combines analytical problem solving, program management, and relationship management. You'll partner with Transportation, Inventory Management, Distribution, Merchandising, Technology, Finance, and external carrier partners to develop scalable solutions that improve service, reduce cost, and enhance network reliability. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, using data to influence decisions, and building strong partnerships that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Transportation Strategy & Analytics Analyze transportation network performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights that influence operational and strategic business decisions. Evaluate carrier performance using key performance indicators and recommend opportunities to improve service, cost, and reliability. Translate complex data into clear business recommendations and communicate insights to leaders and cross-functional partners. Program & Process Management Lead transportation initiatives from planning through implementation while ensuring successful execution. Identify and implement process improvements that simplify operations and improve network performance. Support new transportation capabilities, operational pilots, and enterprise initiatives that enhance First Mile operations. Establish sustainable operating routines that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
