The Lead Analyst is a core member of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Risk Management Solutions, Compliance Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Transparency Reporting - EMEA.   The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have:  Transparency Reporting & Compliance Operations ·   Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures. ·   Partner with stakeholders to support the preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures in accordance with applicable regional and/or local requirements. · Support governance processes through the development and maintenance of reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans.   Regulatory Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement ·   Monitor and assess emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements, translating regulatory changes into actionable reporting and process requirements. · Serve as a trusted compliance advisor through proactive collaboration with Health Care Compliance (HCC) teams, Legal, Finance, Business Technology and other regional and/or country stakeholders to drive alignment on reporting requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements.   Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement ·  C hampion an Operational Excellence mindset by driving continuous improvement initiatives and
