Job Summary

The Product Owner, Digital Experience Platforms, is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and operational priorities for Caterpillar's digital experience platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and Vercel. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, platform engineering teams, architecture, security, and application teams to ensure the platforms deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. The Product Owner will drive platform adoption, prioritize investments, manage platform backlogs, and ensure the platforms evolve to meet business and technical needs while aligning with enterprise objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for the AEM, Vercel, Akamai, and Enterprise Delivery Services (EDS) platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital experience goals, and enterprise architecture standards. Prioritize and manage the platform backlog, balancing business demand, platform enhancements, security requirements, technical debt, operational improvements, and modernization initiatives across all supported platforms. Drive platform reliability, performance, and security by overseeing Akamai CDN capabilities, web application security services, platform upgrades, incident management, vulnerability remediation, and service-level compliance. Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions, improve author and developer experiences, and accelerate platform adoption through standardized best practices and governance. Manage vendor relationships, licensing, budget planning, and operational metrics for Adobe, Akamai, Vercel, and related partners while providing executive reporting on platform health, roadmap progress, risks, investments, and business value realization.
