Organize regular performance reviews with travel service providers and key suppliers, translating service results and traveler feedback into clear improvement actions. Monitor travel policy adoption and identify areas where travelers struggle, then implement practical improvements with internal teams and external partners. Coordinate global payment and expense workflows across the expense management tool (Concur) and the corporate card program (Citibank), helping drive compliance and reduce friction for end users. Produce clear, decision-ready reporting by analyzing large datasets and converting trends into recommendations for leadership. Lead communication and change efforts that improve how employees’ book, pay, and expense travel—creating a more seamless end-to-end travel experience. Own global sourcing initiatives for airlines, hotels, rental car, and ground transportation, leading RFP/RFQ execution, supplier evaluation, contracting coordination, and program rollout to deliver measurable savings and improved traveler experience. Contribute to program controls by helping validate that negotiated supplier terms are used accurately and that supporting audit processes are effective. (These responsibilities align to the global program needs such as partner markets, supplier management, audit tools, and card administration.) What you will need to be successful: Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience. Minimum experience: 5+ years in a Travel Manager role or a similar position.
