Job Description : **This position will go to office 3 times a week** Summary The Supervisor License will manage the day to day operations and can assist the Business Analyst in the increased state reporting requirements. This position would have direct supervision of four Sr. Administrative Coordinators in the Licensing Department. These employees are responsible for all titling, licensing, citations, California ARB and BIT registrations. S upporting multiple states based on business needs. All are located at the same facility. Essential Functions Process licensing, titling, citations and California ARB and BIT registrations for two business units Supervise a staff for two business units Point of contact for escalation items and special projects related to licensing, titling, citations and California ARB and BIT registrations for two business units Create reports for Business Analyst, Regional Management and HQ as needed Reconcile monthly accounting activity for this department Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
