Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex organizational initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project execution while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Project Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies Execute projects using established methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure successful delivery within defined parameters Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize outcomes and maintain financial accountability Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary liaison between project teams, business units, and stakeholders across all organizational levels Develop and implement targeted communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment Risk & Issue Management Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to identify potential risks, dependencies, and affected stakeholder groups Develop and maintain risk registers with mitigation strategies and contingency plans Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality Escalate critical risks and issues to appropriate governance bodies with recommended solutions Monitoring & Reporting Establish project metrics and KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards Team Leadership & Coordination Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive decision-making and problem resolution Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes accountability and high performance Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a corporate environment Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects Technical Skills Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar) Excellent understanding of project governance frameworks and best practices Experience with budget management and resource planning Core Competencies Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to
