Your Impact
As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for a defined set of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales motions, from identifying new opportunities to closing complex deals across Cisco’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Expand existing client relationships and identify new sales opportunities to deliver consistent year-over-year growth. Elevate Customer Success: Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Execute Strategic Territory Planning: Strengthen Cisco's market visibility through rigorous account planning, accurate forecasting, and consistent quota attainment. Bridge Internal & External Teams: Serve as the vital link between customers and internal Cisco cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution. Pipeline Management: Manage short, mid, and long-term pipeline health to ensure predictable business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technology sales or a related field. Demonstrated track record in building and executing territory strategies, including accurate forecasting, consistent quota attainment, dynamic presentation skills, and short/mid/long-term pipeline management. Strong market insight required; technical aptitude and the ability to articulate complex solutions preferred. Proven track record of delivering business value and building deep customer relationships. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to position end-to-end solutions and articulate Cisco strategies to senior customer executives.
