It involves creating themed graphic elements for various media including web, email, and print to enhance training and communication effectiveness. The role includes developing written content such as branding, taglines, and theming to complement visual designs within established guidelines. Success is measured by the clarity, consistency, and engagement of communications that facilitate knowledge transfer and sales performance. The work impacts the organization by enabling sales teams to effectively communicate and execute key initiatives, improving customer experience and business outcomes. Job Responsibilities : Design and produce themed graphic elements to support frontline communications and training across multiple media formats Develop written content including branding, taglines, and messaging to accompany graphic designs within communication guidelines Create communication designs optimized for mobile platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement Apply branding standards and voice consistently across all communication materials to maintain organizational identity Design web user experiences that support effective information delivery and user engagement Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience : High School Diploma/GED (Required) Less than 2 years Experience in Graphic Design, Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, especially photo manipulation and advanced layers techniques. (Preferred) Basic HTML and CSS experience. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
