Develop and implement software and database solutions to automate manual data processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Digital Technology, and Operations, to deliver innovative solutions. Design, deploy, and maintain software applications and hardware systems for manufacturing operations. Integrate hardware systems, such as industrial metrology and custom test systems, with advanced software applications. Document all phases of project development, including operational and maintenance procedures. Evaluate system performance and provide reports on return on investment (ROI) and process improvements. Investigate and recommend digital transformation strategies to integrate and optimize systems. Share in the commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

You Must Have: Post-secondary degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering with 0-4 years of industry experience. Experience in software development with a focus on automating data processes. Proficiency in SQL or other relational database systems, including front-end development. Familiarity with hardware systems for data acquisition, such as industrial metrology or custom test systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation.

We Prefer: Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and digitization of factory environments. Excellent documentation skills for technical and operational purposes. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. Highly motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge through study, instruction, or experience.
