You will be part of a multi-disciplined engineering team working on diverse antenna system projects. As a Lead RF Design Engineer, you will be directly supporting new product development for mission-critical hardware in a collaborative engineering environment focused on innovation, rapid development, and precision execution.       Essential Functions:   Designing, implementing, and testing RF CCAs for military airborne applications. Lead schematic design, component selection, and PCB Layout. Develop and refine system-level RF architectures that meet demanding environmental, performance, and reliability requirements Create detailed technical documentation including requirements, design reports, test procedures, and verification artifacts consistent with L3Harris engineering standards. Collaborate closely with systems engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware, antenna engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient production.

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.      Preferred Additional Skills:   Strong Schematic and PCB layout experience using Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent software. Understanding of RF/Digital CCA design and manufacturing Hands on experience with Vector Network Analyzer calibration and measurement. Familiarity with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, noise figure meters, oscilloscopes, DMM, etc. Analytical design experience using software and simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office/Keysight ADS, CST, FEKO, and HFSS.
